About Us

We are a group of students from Carndonagh Community School. We are in Transition year and have spent much of our time on this science project. As you may know we created an 'Aqua Charger' so you can charge your phone with water.

Eimear Smith and Brigid Doherty worked on the manufacturing of the 'Aqua Charger'.

Danielle Houghton, Katie Durey, Caití Farren and Rachel Devlin worked on the marketing and promotion of the project.

A Facebook page and Instagram account were made to connect with people through social media. This website was also created to give you more information to what we are doing and why.

Sharing our ideas...

Our science group went to the local primary school and we did a workshop of our 'Aqua Chargers'. The children were between ages of 10-12 years of age. We showed them how it works and we conducted a survey and a quiz about the usage of phones, climte change and global warming. All the children were happy and seemed interested in our project.
